1. scope
avivly.nl is a portfolio, services catalog, and evidence workspace run by aviv hidrian. it outlines my web development, clinical tools (like pt-charlie), and educational projects.
2. intellectual property
- my work: all custom code, copy, designs, and branding (including the avivly and pt-charlie logos) are owned by aviv hidrian. you cannot copy, reproduce, or resell them without my explicit written permission.
- care tools and prototypes: tools like pt-charlie are experimental, non-clinical developer prototypes. their intake algorithms (such as the 47-indicator screening framework based on van hooff et al., plos one, 2014) are implemented purely as technical proofs-of-concept for testing language models in structured clinical decision-making. they are not certified medical devices, do not deliver medical advice, and should never be used as a substitute for professional diagnosis or therapy by a licensed medical practitioner.
- ai & media attribution: where ai engines (like midjourney, elevenlabs, or llms) are used to build illustrative content or code modules for my prototypes, they are operated and credited in line with ethical standards and platform terms.
3. client projects
if we decide to build a project together, our collaboration, payments, delivery schedules, and intellectual property transfers will be governed by a separate, dedicated project agreement. these online terms do not replace that contract.
please note: for websites and tools i build for clinics, dentists, or practitioners, avivly acts solely as the technical developer and custodian. once a website or prototype is delivered and deployed under your credentials, the individual practice becomes the sole gdpr data controller responsible for its own patients' data, forms, and ongoing compliance.
4. links to other sites
avivly.nl links to client websites, platforms, and third-party tools (like calendly). i am proud of the sites i build, but i do not control their live content, privacy practices, or ongoing operations after handoff.
5. disclaimer of liability
i do my best to keep avivly.nl fast, clean, and accurate. however, the information, services, and experimental prototypes on this site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. i am not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of this site or any tool hosted here.
